What is the typical shipping time for international orders?
International orders generally take 7 to 15 business days to arrive depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Please note that high-capacity batteries may require specialized logistics which can extend delivery times.
Does BETAFPV provide a warranty on flight controllers and ESCs?
Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper soldering, or water damage once the components have been flown.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and specialized payment options like Google Pay and Apple Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. It may take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the status of your shipment.
Are batteries included with the Whoop drones?
Most of our RTF (Ready-to-Fly) and BNF (Bind-and-Fly) kits include at least one or two BT2.0 or PH2.0 batteries. Please check the 'Package' section on the specific product page to confirm exactly what is included.
