Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via the ticketing system or email with your order number and a clear description of the issue or reason for return.

  Technical Assessment

  For electronic components or flight controllers, provide high-resolution photos or video footage to help our engineers verify the hardware status before approval.

  Secure Packaging

  Once your RMA is approved, pack the items securely in their original BETAFPV packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals provided in the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
